Hulu has a National Streaming Day deal of $1/month for 3 months. That’s 85% off the regular monthly price of $6.99/month (ad-supported). Offer ends 5/27.
Deal available to new and eligible returning subscribers. Basically cheap entertainment through the summer, not bad timing. Here is one of list of best shows on Hulu right now. Will auto-renew at regular price, so either turn off auto-renew shortly or set a calendar reminder to cancel.
I noticed AMC+ has a Black Friday deal too. $1.99 month for 12 months. No commercials. Maybe there will soon be other advertised deals. Wondering if I should wait just a bit?
Nice, thanks I didn’t see that.
I see $1/month for 3 months. Do you know where the deal is for 12 months?
Only see 1/3 months
Yeah, headline says $1/month for 12 months. First paragarph says $1/month for 3 months. At $1/month, I am all in. That seems like a fair value. At $1/month for 3 months, I will pass, thanks.
I’m not seeing $1/month for 12 months either. Only for three months. Can you please post to link for the 12 month deal?
Considering the first comment is from 2021, this post was likely copied or modified, forgetting to update the title so it still says 12 months like it was in November, but the latest deal is now 3 months.
My apologies, I was editing a previous Hulu Black Friday deal from 2021 that was $1 a month for 12 months. (Reusing stuff is environmentally conscious, right?) This deal is only for 3 months and is the best that I am aware of.
The streaming services seem to discount aggressively in the early stages to grow a base, and then the promos seem to taper off. I don’t think we’ll see $1 a month for 12 months again, but I could be wrong.
Note: this deal is only for the Hulu tier that has ads (or so the web site indicates).
Oops, you already mentioned that. Feel free to delete my comments!
Just signed up and am going to quit already! Cannot tolerate the blaring commercials every 3 minutes! (Why are they SO MUCH LOUDER than the shows?) And not willing to pay something like $12 a month to be without. If Netflix ever gets commercials, I will dump them as well.
