  1. Do you know if this applies retro to customers already enrolled in autopay/paperless?

  2. I don’t see anywhere on the page after clicking on the link you provided that has the “High-Speed Internet for $19.95/month for 12 months + $100 gift card.” Do you have a screenshot or a link that links to it?

  3. Current TV, Internet, and Phone promotions, including $100 gift card doesn’t work.

Love the website and thanks for the links!

  4. @Tom S – I don’t think so, although people have un-enrolled and then re-enrolled later to get the bonus again, which I think is why they limit the bonus to once a year.

@Stan – I think you’re right, there is only a $100 gift card with the $54/mo TV + Internet bundle and $29/mo TV-only deal. 19.95/month high-speed internet for a year banner should be on the top right, but no $100. My error.

@Michael – It currently works for me, what do you see?

  5. Thanks, I unenrolled and re-enrolled. I hope I get the bonus!

  6. It works for me now. not sure if it was temporary or an issue with my access from work.

I have to say U-verse has changed a lot recently and doesn’t tend to have promotions to keep customers even when called up during the day and listing new deals or competitor offers.

  7. I tried to re-negotiate for some promotional pricing but no luck. Anyone knows of any good deals for TV/Internet combo?

    Love this blog!

For anyone curious, I’m an AT&T customer who was already signed up for both services. I called up and talked to a representative who thanked me for being a loyal customer, bla bla bla, then gave me a $80 credit!!!!!

This took no more than 5 minutes, and that was with me selecting the wrong option from the menu and having to get transferred around. Definitely do this; there is no need to cancel and re-signup.

I finally got enrolled in Autopay after multiple times of trying unsuccessfully, and got a letter of Enrollment confirmation that it will begin with the next monthly AT&T billing statement. I already got a bill due 11/16/2013, Do I have to pay this bill as I normally do, or is this my next monthly bill?. I already paid $ 57.76 on 10/17/13, but got charged $ 3.66 for late payment, that your statements stays that will only apply if paid after 10/18/13, and I do expect it to be removed. Also: do I get any reward for joining Autopay???? Your reply will be appreciated. Thanks………

  10. I’ve gone online as requested but I keep getting the crap from the Autopay program. Does not te autopay program read online dissertations?
My debit date has been set and verified by two(2) different ATT. customer service agents.Only a few more months of ATT BS.Cr
