I did the $600 deal last year; They pay the bonus quickly. Beware, if you empty the account, they’ll close it promptly. I had setup a quarterly transfer of a few coins to maintain activity, and it got rejected due to the account having been closed on me, costing $15 on the sending bank side. Oops.

    • How long did you wait to receive the bonus? The promo says “within 10 days” so in your case was it on the next business day or more like on the 10th business day?

I honestly don’t remember anymore, but I think it happened promptly. They also promptly closed the account when I took all the money out, within a month, maybe two, closed without any notification.

so for this offer do you need to live in one of those states or is it waived this time?

  3. “Usually only accepts” within its geographic area – is that determined (and rejected) during signup process or after they pull Chex?

  4. Do you know if a transfer from an investment account will qualify as a direct deposit?

  5. Looks good – only thing is I got the “Almost there” – need to come into a branch with photo id to finish the app.

  6. O! Tennessee… Good. I’ll try now

I did a transfer from Capital One to 5/3.. Should this count as a direct deposit?
