If you use the download link in Jennifer’s comment above, and right-click “Save Target As” or “Save Link As”, it still works as of 8:30 Pacific.

The book is no longer available. It is still copyrighted so I can’t just put it up for download. It would also be illegal to forward as an e-mail. What you do on your own time is none of my business, but please don’t use this site as a conduit.
