I bought 160$ in cards, and then they informed me that the promotion ended early. I make 11 phone calls and got 4 different responses to the question of why. Just do, they had a 45000 limit and the promo is still going and they will email it later as the system was down. The last one tried to offer 15$, just to shut me up. I just want them to be a company that has integrity. It was silly of them to stop it as it was can in their hand and 30 percent if gift cards never get redeemed. It’s like getting a 20 percent off coupon. Doesn’t sound outrageous. Customer service had no idea what’s going on and it’s very frustrating for those of in the consumer life of these companies and their products.
