    Thanks, stupid me didn’t put the code in BEFORE clicking yesterday early. Thought it would be a simple issue to email and have fixed. FWIW, they have removed EMAIL help contact (while it was really hidden and buried, it was there and the best way to resolve issues) in favor of CHAT. And what a time consuming, useless endeavor that was, transferred around for hours and claimed the promo was over 11/13. I much fear a new direction for customer service at Amazon…
