So basically the coupon is useless right? I mean all the things I can think off buying is included in the exclusion…I can not think of one brand or item that’s not included.

I work for Sports Authority…and I just thought you should know that we don’t even READ the exclusions on the bottom of our coupons. We will override the coupon if it doesn’t go through in the system, we will take expired coupons, and we take competitors’ coupons. Also, if you forget to bring your coupon with you, you can bring your receipt back and we’ll credit you for whatever…or even combine receipts so we can give you bonus bucks if you bought your stuff within a week or so of when the promo began. This is nationwide…the customer ALWAYS comes first. We have some sweet stuff and some good deals right now, so you should bring your coupon in and check em out…even if it’s expired by now

Go try it anyway. I’ve bought tons of UnderArmour stuff from Sports Authority using these coupons and have never been turned down.

I’m a New Balance running shoe girl, and I didn’t see that listed there. Anybody know if NB goes under any other name, that would make it excluded? It seems like its the sort of thing that would be excluded. But if not, maybe I’ll be able to use the coupon!

It shouldnt be necessary to have to go through the coupon with a fine tooth comb, but I’ll take the 25 dollars…

Intersting because the coupons I get in Atlanta do not exclude much. I always use them to buy my Asics running shoes.

Also, I have used coupons at Macy’s on items that are specifically excluded. I just complained to the cashier and still got the discount off of some Levi’s that were excluded. I guess that salesperson was short on their draw that month?

You can try to use the coupon in the store anyway. At Macy’s, the POS system is coded so that you can only use a coupon on eligible items. At Dick’s Sporting Goods, however, coupon entry is manual, so you can use a coupon on just about anything as long as the cashier permits it. Why not give it a shot?

I’ve had luck with this coupon when I use it in store. I tried to buy a Head racquetball racket online and wasn’t able to apply the promo. I went to the store and bought the same racket with no problems at all even though Head was listed as an excluded brand.
