I've been a customer for years and highly recommend them. They offer easy interbank transfers, billpay etc. Their customer service is great. I've only had to call them once but the experience was good. They don't nail you if you happen to overdraw your account, you just pay interest on the difference. Their rates are not "the best" out there, but they're better than average and they don't require you to jump through hoops to get their rate. At the end of the day, it is an online bank, not unlike a lot of others. However, I also have a Sharebuilder account I link and their websites do seem to be very user friendly.
