I have used ING for awhile and I have been quite pleased with it. At the end of the day, it is an online bank, not unlike a lot of others. However, I also have a Sharebuilder account I link and their websites do seem to be very user friendly.

Hooray for ING! I’ve been a customer for years and highly recommend them. They offer easy interbank transfers, billpay etc. Their customer service is great. I’ve only had to call them once but the experience was good. They don’t nail you if you happen to overdraw your account, you just pay interest on the difference.
Their rates are not “the best” out there, but they’re better than average and they don’t require you to jump through hoops to get their rate.
Yeah, they are a bank which means they are evil, but they are 25% less evil than the competition.
