Here’s a TED Talk I just found by Graham Hill about simple living. Try to find something that you can apply to your life in a positive manner, instead of pointing out ways it won’t work. It’s unlikely any of us will live in a place as organized as his. A quick intro:

Can having less stuff, in less room, lead to more happiness? He makes the case for taking up less space, and lays out three rules for editing your life.

  1. I’ve stumbled across a few TED videos and they’ve been pretty interesting and thought-provoking. I’m not a pack rat but I have my share of things. I’m trying better at being minimalist. It’s hard though!

  2. I started leaning towards becoming a minimalist over the last few months. It feels great and saves plenty of money.

  3. Does this remind anyone else of the “What’s in your suitcase” talk given by George Clooney’s character in the movie “Up In The Air”?
