I paid $10 for an infinity razor at the corner pharmacy and like it. It claims to be the ‘last razor you will ever buy’, and it has not cut me like other razors have.

The key to keeping a razor as good as new is to dry the blades after you use it. Keeping the blade dry will keep it sharp. The moisture is what dulls the blade.

Rober, I have heard about blow drying razor, slathering it with vaseline or dipping it in mineral oil etc. to prolong blade life (to even as much as 10+ months) by reducing oxidation of blade edge! Have you successfully tried any of these ideas? Google for more details…

From my father who is using cryogentically-frozen razors (I know it sounds crazy!):
I’ve been using my frozen razors for nearly four weeks now and feel that I can safely render a verdict.
Get ‘em.
I have one razor in the shower and one for my sink. I’ve put 12 or so shaves on each one and can’t feel any difference from the first time I used them. Still sharp like crazy. I usually get around 5-6 shaves from a Shick Quattro blade.
So the idea is a money saver. Here’s the link:

I don’t know what’s up with the guys claiming it’s out, but mine is on it’s way. Maybe they are getting hit with the 1 per household issue? Who knows how they are measuring if it is the same household or not?

I got my Schick 2 days ago. Wow – is it cool.It has 5 blades and on the other end it has a mustache / beard trimmer. My husband loves it. I was shocked they gave it away as a sample /freebee. Well – worth the month wait!

every time i try it says they are out. when i ask to be sent a reminder email for the following day, it arrives at 2pm ET. 2 hours to late. Oh well, guess ill stick with the other brand.
