Free Dr. Pepper Coupon on Sunday 11/23
I don’t quite know why Dr. Pepper cares about Guns and Roses, but…
Beginning Sunday at 12:01 a.m., coupons for a free 20-ounce soda will be available for 24 hours on Dr Pepper’s Web site. They’ll be honored until Feb. 28.
Via AP Article, thanks to readers Kerri and Billy.

These are getting kind of ridiculous. What are we like 12? The cost of me reading this stupid post far exceeds the value of a Dr Pepper coupon. Please keep your promotions to at least values exceeding $50.

SCAM ALERT
Dr. Pepper wants to steal your identity. They make you fill out a form with all your personal information, then click “Submit” to accept their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy — Only the links to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are BROKEN! What are they trying to hide? Why don’t they want you to know what you’re legally submitting to?
DON’T FALL FOR THIS DR. PEPPER SCAM

The page won’t even load for me. They must be fixing a few kinks. Thanks for the tip though, Jonathan. Oops, page just loaded. Thanks.

Murray – Thanks for your comment. I am honored you took the time to write it. However, due to the value of my time, please send me $5 and I will read it.
Marion – I just requested a coupon. Took less than a minute. All you need is a real snail mail address. Anyone with enough money can send bulk mail via USPS, so you’re not really losing anything.

I love it when a company follows through with a promise and promotion. No matter how small the value. Cheers!

Hey Jonathan, just a general question:
I noticed that in some of your posts you hide the date and time it was published. How do you get your wordpress to do that? I kind of want to do that with some of the posts in my blog too.

Marion -
No scam in play. The links are broken and will be fixed shortly.

This is not worth the effort, to wait until the website loads, then fill out forms with personal information, then answer survey questions, then they offer to send a coupon months down the road. Don’t bother. They are doing this to avoid giving out the coupon. They could have easily let the coupon be printed online but now they will spend millions of postage to get you this $1.29 coupon? That’s the last Dr Pepper I drink.

The Website refuses to load for me why won’t it work!
November 27th, 2008 at 11:26 am
First let me say, Murray you greedy putz! this is not about greed.
this is about Dr. Pepper stating they would give “every” American a free soda. Well the condition was met and now Dr. P is renigging any way they can. First they limit “every” to who ever can make contact. then they further limit “every” by making people divulge information in order to comply.
Americans need to stand up and demand the soda or shut the %$#@ up.

Where’s the like to the PDF with the coupon. There’s no chance of getting it from the website. Did anyone find a link that worked?
December 5th, 2008 at 10:30 am
Still no links, but I did make contact finally. Got a return email with an apology and directions to provide full name and address (coupon sent via snail mail). AND a number……(800) 696-5891
I havent tried it so I hope it works
