Firstrade Black Friday iPod Promo, TradeKing $50 Promo Ending Soon

The nano deal sounds good at first, BUT I am not sure that there will be a way for anyone to know that they are one of the first 200 until they have already signed up. Also this little line from the terms and conditions sounds scary: ” If the initial deposit is withdrawn or the account is closed or transferred, the value of the Promotion Reward ($150) may be deducted from the account. “

Tradeking’s execution time is slow. I used to use them but have since moved on. They may have low commissions, but the execution time was enough for me to leave.
