MBNA Credit Card Site Goes Bye-Bye
If you have an MBNA credit card, you may have noticed that the credit card site is no more. When you try to log in, it says that your cards should be at BankofAmerica.com. But if you have certain co-branded cards like Fidelity ones, you can only access them at IBSNetAccess.com. My other MBNA cards were automatically merged into my BofA Online Banking.

Anyone else having trouble with the new BofA credit card account access site being painfully slow?

Lucky. My accounts didn’t automatically merge, and there’s absolutely no info on how I might do it manually. Sure, I can log in to BoA’s website with two different sets of IDs/passwords, to see my different accounts…

Have you had any success using yodlee to check your fidelity card, since it’s changed?

I noticed this as well on my latest MBNA 529 bill. I hope this isn’t a sign for more changes to come…

The question now is when will sites like Yodlee be updated to include this as a choice in credit cards. Who would it be under? Fidelity, FIA?

If you used the MBNA bill pay system, it’s still available through the BoA site. It seems that clicking on the ‘Bill Pay’ button gives you a choice between the two systems, except for when your MBNA account is unavailable due to their integration issues.

Just wondering if anyway has able to view their mbna that is only accessible via ibsnetaccess.com site through Yodlee? Yodlee and other aggregators don’t seem to support Fia Card Services (ibsnetaccess)! Thanks ahead…

Yodlee is always a little bit behind, as they have to re-code the script to log into the new site. I have no idea when it’ll happen, probably a week or two. You can go to their forums and submit a work request, although I’m sure someone has already.

If you use Yodlee, try adding your Fidelity card via “SunTrust Bank Credit Cards”. Worked for me

It’s been submitted at their forum forum.yodlee.com ,but if more people make comments I’m sure it will get done faster. They might not be aware of the supply/demand for certain sites.

Using SunTrust worked for me too. Thanks!
Sun Trust credit cards are also run by FIA Services, so I guess that’s why it works.

Anyone figured out if you can automatically pay the full balance of the credit card each month?

My billpay, through my bank, wouldn’t update my MBNA credit card info to accept the new name Bank of America (because they have the address in their system, it overrode my manual entry) so this month I’m sending out my bill by mail, just to be sure.

I am having trouble accessing my Bank of America credit card, I am told because of the merger with MBNA. It has been problematic for over a week and my bill has just closed. They said it shoud be all ironed out by Monday at the latest. I never did like their old website but would glad to have it back the way it was. However they do have wonderfully tactful staff at B of A. The ones I have spoken to should be assigned to the diplomatic corps.

Thanks for the heads up.

Yodlee has updated the information and it’s working for me as of right now

Jonathan,
I have a 529 Fidelity Credit Card. Yodlee on this card does not work now. Anyone had any success connecting it with Yodlee. thanks.

Using the “FIA Card Services” works. thanks.

Yep, it works either through SunTrust or directly through FIA Services now.

My 529 fidelity is fine on yodlee

I will cancel my Fidelity card if this isn’t resolved within 30 days. Fidelity should have notified their card holders BEFORE this happened. Shame on them!
