VirtualBank leapfrogs ING Direct, now at 3.05%

I just logged into VirtualBank, and noticed their eMoney Market Account now pays 3.05% for balances under $10k, and 3.00% for balances over $10k (up from 2.80%), leapfrogging ING barely at 3.00%.
