Use A9.com and get 1.57% off everything at Amazon.com

Almost everyone online uses Amazon.com, and I thought everyone knew about this deal, but apparently not after a dinner out with friends tonight. It’s pretty simple:

1. Go to A9.com, a search engine by Amazon powered by Google.
2. If you are greeted by name in the top-right corner of the page, you are all set. If not, sign in.
3. Run a search for anything.

4. Go to Amazon.com and look at the top for this icon:

If you don’t see it right away, try again in a couple of days and it should show up. Once you see it, you will get an additional 1.57% (?/2%) off all your purchases, even with coupons and sales. It’s not much, but it’s easy and free! The search engine overall is ok, the added features include a history of your previous searches. Note: You must keep searching on A9.com at least once a week, or the discount goes away after a while.
